We make it easy for you to find a pharmacy. We call the pharmacies on this directory our "network pharmacies" because we work with them to provide prescription drugs to plan members. In most cases, your prescriptions are covered under First Choice VIP Care Plus (Medicare-Medicaid Plan) only if they are filled at a network pharmacy or by using the mail-order prescription form (PDF) Opens a new window and brochure with directions (PDF) Opens a new window.

Once you go to one pharmacy, you are not required to continue going to the same pharmacy to fill your prescription but can switch to any of our other network pharmacies. We will fill prescriptions at out-of-network pharmacies under certain circumstances as described in your Member Handbook (PDF) Opens a new window.

We also list pharmacies in our network that are outside of the plan's geographic area.

How large is the pharmacy network?

You can fill your prescriptions at network pharmacies nationwide. First Choice VIP Care Plus contracts with PerformRx^℠ to provide Medicare Part D prescription benefit management services.
